免費線上「營養健康課及體能活動」

營養和運動是維持身體健康的重要因素,達拉斯華人活動中心和亞美健康關懷服務特別舉辦免費營養和運動教育課程,營養課程內容包括食品偵探、分量控制、食品安全、食材選購與料理、疾病預防等等,課程由專業營養師蕭淳韻和腫瘤科醫師李志勇主講,此外還安排體能活動,增加身體的活力。
此為線上課程,需事先點此報名,Zoom課程資訊(ID和密碼)會於開課前告知,敬請踴躍參加,所有課程均為免費,額滿5人即開課。
全部課程共有五堂課,從8/16/2020到9/13/2020,每星期日下午2:00-4:00,上課日期和營養課程如下:

09/13 飲食與癌症預防
歡迎所有人踴躍參加營養與體能活動課程,不分性別年齡,共同學習如何透過飲食和運動促進全家人健康。本課程名額有限,請預先報名。

Nutrition and Exercise are important factors to keep us healthy. DCCC and AACCS will host Nutrition and Wellness courses, which include Food Detective, Portion Control, Food Safety, Recipe Makeover and Cancer Prevention. The courses will be taught by licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, Chunyun Xiao and Oncologist, Zhiyong Li. After the courses, we also arrange activities to enhance our body’s strength.
There are 5 courses in this program, and it starts from 8/16/2020 to 9/13/2020 on Sundays 2:00-4:00pm. The dates and the nutrition courses are as follows:

08/23 Food Detective
08/30 Portion Control
09/06 Food Safety
09/13 Nutrition and Cancer Prevention
All ages and genders are welcome to participate in the courses to learn about nutrition and exercise to improve the health of the whole family. Seats are limited, so please contact us for registration as soon as possible.
